Crash TV 33 Out Soon!

Crash TV 33 will be out soon, with all the information you ever need on the new Big Surf Island pack being released on the 11th of June. Be sure to catch it on youtube, iTunes, the Criterion Games Podcast page or here.

June 11th!

Its coming, and its coming June 11th! Come over to the Island for a distinctive Paradise Holiday!

June 11th is the release date for the Island Pack, officially posted by Criterion. Check out the trailer below:





The biggest and most anticipated pack EVER will be released soon. In two weeks, we will be flying off some insane jumps!

The price has yet to be confirmed, but is thought to be more than 15 US Dollars.

The anxious wait has begun.

Island is Nearly Here!

On the 22nd of May at 4 PM British Standard Time, tomorrow, head over to the Criterion site to check out some new info on the Island update! I won't be able to post anything as I'll be asleep, but check it out and I'll post it when I'm up.

This is the most anticipated pack in the history of Burnout packs, so I'll keep you updated!

Still nothing

There hasn't been much activity of the 'new releases' sort for a while now, so I haven't been posting as often. We do know that the proposed date for the Island is September 30th this year, so you'll be getting much of the same thing. Go on to their website to check out if you can break some records, though!

Big Surf Island Release Date?

I was looking around on the web for any interesting info on the Big Surf Island pack, and found this website:

It lists the release date for the Island as the 30th of September, 2009. That's quite far away. I am not sure if it is a reliable estimate, or even a true release date, but we will only know with time.

I will be looking out for any new updates on the pack, as well as on any others that may be released soon. Of course, they will be on this site as soon as I know. Criterion is currently filling in its page with filler material, but it is fun to see the regular "Showing off for the Websterhoff" column.

I'm Back!

Hey guys!

I'm back from my week-long trip, and back to report on all the news in Paradise City! As predicted, there have been no new updates on the Island Pack or any other packs, so you haven't missed anything.

If I hear anything, I'll post it on here straight away.

Leave of Absence

Hey guys. I'm writing to inform you that for the next five days, starting Monday the 4th, I will not be available. I will be away on a trip and will not be able to post any new things for that time. However, I will be able to on Friday the 8th, or most likely, Saturday the 9th.

However, I hope that during that time you will find the Criterion Website enough to keep your Burnout interests alive. This could not have come at a better time, since a pack has been released very recently, and Criterion will probably not release the other planned pack this week.

I hope to be back as soon as possible and will post as soon as I am back or fit enough to write.

To earn some Silver Trophy booty:

Bank the Gold

Here are some details on what is included in the day-old Cops and Robbers pack:


New online game mode 'Cops and Robbers'
33 new Cop vehicles which can be used offline as well as online
8 new PS3 Trophies and 3 new Xbox 360 Achievements


That's all good, and what's more, there is also a free patch that fixes all the issues listed in the post below. This, unless it hasn't been otherwise said, is separate from the pack and is completely free. In fact, I am trying to download it right now, but its taking a long time (I think its because my data usage month is coming to an end).
